Monitoring, evaluating and record keeping is critical in the security industry.  Whilst each employees has his/her own responsibility in respect of record keeping, the management plan for monitoring includes the following:

·        Daily on-site activity schedules are completed

·        Routine (scheduled and unscheduled) checks are undertaken

·        Evaluation sessions with clients are held

·        Weekly performance meetings are held by management

·        Reports are duly completed, evaluated and measures to overcome challenges are timeously implemented
